It is mainly applied to one-time automatic electrolyte filling for baked cells. It connects with upstream drying process,
and performs pre-scanning, Hi-pot test, pre-weighing, palletizing, sleeve mounting, leakage test, electrolyte filling,
standing, sleeve dismounting, depalletizing, post-scanning, post-weighing, wiping, formation nail insertion,
then transfers cells to downstream formation process.
