The equipment emits X-rays through an X-RAY generator. The X-ray penetrates the interior of the battery, and is received by an image intensifier. The X-rays are converted into visible light and then imaged and photographed by a camera. By using computer related software to process images and automatically analyze them, good and bad products are determined, and defective products are found. It has functions such as automatic loading and unloading, NG sorting, IV/OCV/tab shaping/cutting/thickness measurement/dimension detection, and X-RAY detection.
