Under vacuum environment, the equipment extracts residual internal gas generated after electrolyte reaction inside cells.
Afterwards, upper and lower hot sealing heads seal the edge between air pouch and cell, then trim excess pouch material.
Functions include manual code scanning, manual loading, puncture degassing, vacuum sealing, pouch trimming, manual
unloading & NG sorting.

1. Degassing vacuum range: -50 ~ -95 kPa; Chamber tightness:
　Pressure drop of 1 kPa takes more than 1 min
　(tested under -90 kPa). Chamber vacuum pumping
　supports 2~4 segmented control with adjustable pumping
　speed and staged vacuum values.
2. Sealing thickness uniformity: ±15 μm
3. Compatible sealing head length: 260~650 mm; Position
　tolerance between final seal and top seal: ±1 mm
4. Sealing head temperature: 100-250℃, temp deviation ±3℃
5. Primary sealing width: 6 mm
