This machine sorts pouch cells by open-circuit voltage, AC internal resistance and capacity. Equipped with a QR code scanner,
it retrieves OCV data from MES database for classification. Sorting data can be saved locally and uploaded to the MES server.
It supports manual loading and unloading, and automatically rejects defective cells.
Qualified cells are classified into multiple grades, while non-conforming products are grouped into one category, including
scanning errors, over-capacity, under-capacity, low voltage and excessive internal resistance deviation. Cells of different grades
are placed into respective trays, and NG products are conveyed to the NG belt. Users can set grade parameters and select parameter
types on the scheduling system based on MES data for fully automatic operation.
