This machine is used for hot and cold pressing of pouch lithium batteries. Robots transfer cells to hot pressing and cold pressing
stations. Pressure is controlled by electric cylinders with real-time feedback via pressure sensors. After pressing, unloading robots
convey cells to the discharge area.

Technical Parameters
1. The lower platen adopts clearance design. A hot-pressing paper
　unit is equipped to prevent indentations on clearance areas.
2. The upper hot platen is coated with special material and fitted
　with a jacking mechanism to avoid cell adhesion during hot pressing.
3. Flatness of upper and lower hot platens: 0.05mm
4. Hot platen temperature range: Ambient temperature ~ 120℃,
　temperature accuracy: ±5℃
5. Temperature is monitored and regulated by temperature sensors
　during operation.
6. Adjustable pressing force: up to 10 tons. Accuracy: ±100kgf
　below 5000kgf; ±150kgf for 5000kgf to 10000kgf. Multi-step
　adjustable pressing speed.
