This equipment is applied to the hot pressing process of pouch cells, performing hot pressing shaping and Hi-pot test on wound and
stacked cells. It integrates automatic loading, hot pressing shaping, Hi-pot test, automatic unloading and data traceability functions.

Technical Parameters
1. The lower press plate adopts clearance design. A hot-pressing
　paper unit covers the plate to avoid indentation. The upper hot
　plate is coated with special material and equipped with jacking
　mechanism to prevent cells from sticking during hot pressing.
2. Flatness of upper and lower hot plates: 0.05mm
3. Hot plate temperature range: Ambient temperature ~ 120℃,
　temperature accuracy: ±5℃
4. Temperature sensors monitor and regulate temperature
　during operation.
