This machine is designed for pouch lithium batteries. Processes include automatic aluminum plastic film forming, double
trimming on top edge, automatic shell loading, CCD positioning & inspection, NG cell rejection, servo top sealing,
corner sealing, servo side sealing, tab high voltage withstand test, negative tab-to-shell high voltage withstand test,
side trimming, inkjet marking, code scanning, CCD inspection for exposed film, defective product sorting and single
cell output to conveyor belt.
