Module assembly Laser welding machine needs to complete module assembly, laser welding four side seams and meet customer requirements of the parameters. The system uses IPG6000W laser welding machine and galvanometer laser welding, automatic photo taking, ranging and positioning to determine the coordinate value, and the robot drives the galvanometer to perform automatic laser welding on the side seam position according to the photo ranging data. After the welding is completed, the robot grabs the module and places it to the specified place. Welding position automatic protective gas protection and double bottle protective gas automatic switching. The system automatically generates all data and saves it locally and uploads it to the customer MES system.
