The equipment is a module line. It includes bracket gluing/dispensing, cell OCV/IR test, module assembly, polarity check, BSB welding, module flipping, module assembly, module EOL test and auxiliary unloading. Cycle time is about 30ppm. The PACK segment is an AGV system, including the loading transfer of the box, the fixing of the module into the box, the installation and fixing of the assembly, EOL test, air-tight test and auxiliary unloading.
