1. Equipment description: cell automatic loading, OCV, gluing, duct plate gluing, automatic stacking, module sleeve steel belt PET belt, module coding, module insulation testing, photography, pole cleaning BSB welding and testing; PACK bottom box coating, manual module into the box, PACK assembly and testing functions;

2. Main configuration: welding using robot + galvanometer + 6000W laser (laser brand: IPG or Han’s Laser), washing machine: generally using 250W lasers of Han’s Laser (except for special requirements);

3. Optional (according to customer requirements) : dust removal after BSB welding (automatic, manual), visual inspection after BSB welding (automatic, manual);

4. Can provide 6PPM/8PPM/10PPM energy storage module PACK standardized production line.
