This line realizes automatic intelligent assembly from single pouch cell to finished module. It improves automation level, cuts
manual operation at key stations and enhances product dimensional consistency. All process parameters throughout production
are managed via digital intelligent system. Process flow: cell loading, cell barcode scanning, OCV test, glue spraying, stacking,
busbar assembly, bending, flattening, tab welding, housing marking, potting, housing loading, glue coating, dispensing, finished
 assembly & packing.

Production capacity: 15 PPM; First-pass yield ≥99.5%, secondary yield ≥99.95%;
