1. Laser mark and scan incoming aluminum shells, and link the data with QR code information of matched winding cores.
　Data including abnormal pressure during casing loading, bottom welding pressure, current and voltage are bound to QR codes
　for storage. Data can be uploaded to MES via reserved interfaces.
2. Servo circular track driving system ensures stable running speed and high positioning accuracy without repositioning.
3. Equipped with CCD to inspect center holes and verify welding conditions.
4. Adopts multi-welding-pin feeding unit and pin management module to monitor pin service life effectively.
5. Projection welding by resistance welding. Projection size is designed according to material and thickness of current plates.
　Negative pole welding applies to copper-nickel dissimilar materials.
6. Real-time monitoring of welding pressure and current. Automatic alarm or shutdown is triggered once abnormalities occur
　during pin insertion.
