1. Automatically scan incoming winding cores. The scanning data is linked with flattening stroke data, CCD inspection data,
　Hipot test data, taping CCD dimensional data and equipment operating status. Data can be uploaded to MES or collected
　via reserved ports.
2. Flatten positive and negative foils of winding cores to specified lengths. Flattening stroke and holding time can be set
　separately for positive and negative sides. Coaxial dust removal runs simultaneously during flattening with air speed ≥15m/s.
3. Displacement sensors measure the overall height of flattened cores to verify compliance with process requirements.
4. Perform Hipot test. Defective units from Hipot test and dimensional inspection are discharged separately.
5. Apply pressure bonding and tape wrapping on both ends to prevent short circuits.
6. Supports quick model change with easy adjustment.
