1. Position and scan cells. Laser weld positive and negative current collectors onto corresponding cell ends respectively.
2. Equipped with continuous / pulse laser, supporting seam welding and spot welding.
3. Automatically scan incoming winding cores. Scanning data is associated with welding energy, CCD inspection results and
　equipment status. Data can be uploaded to MES or collected via reserved ports.
4. High-definition cameras inspect welding seams and spots to check welding validity and appearance.
5. Servo-driven stepping conveyor ensures stable operation and high repeat positioning accuracy.
6. Features quick model change and convenient adjustment.
