Equipment Introduction：

The sorting machine is mainly used for sorting the open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, and capacity of aluminum shell lithium-ion batteries. This equipment has a two-dimensional code scan.

● Unloading and stacking: ABB or Kuka six axis robots are used to stack battery trays of different gears onto pallets, and then manual forklifts or AGV carts are used for unloading.

● OCV testing: Agilent 34461A voltmeter was used for testing, and daily BT3562 was used for IMP testing
