· Product Description

Power Supply: Three-phase 380V AC ±10%, 50Hz frequency, power: approximately 26kW. Air source: Compressed air 0.5-0.7Mpa, vacuum -0.095-0.1Mpa; 0.1~0.2Mpa dry gas. Usage environment: It is recommended to have an ambient temperature of 25 ± 3 ℃, a relative humidity of ≤ 2%, and no vibration or electromagnetic interference. Heating method: electric heating, circulating air heating inside the chamber. Loading and unloading method: manual loading and unloading. Temperature control: room temperature~150 ℃, uniformity ± 3 ℃. Heating rate: It takes less than 30 minutes (no-load state) to rise from room temperature to 80 ℃. Vacuum for retention: Under a vacuum degree of -0.1MPa, the pressure retention is better than 96% within 24 hours. Chamber material: SUS304 stainless steel. Outer wall temperature: no greater than room temperature+15 ℃ (excluding doors).
