This rotary disc plus 3D galvo solution is mainly used for sealing side welding of 4680 and other cylindrical cells. Production
efficiency reaches 150 PPM; rotary disc revolution speed: 750 °/s, cell rotation speed: 1800 °/s, 3D galvo Z-axis height
compensation range: 16.97 mm. The unit integrates disc revolution, cell spinning, galvo Flying movement and Z-axis
compensation with microsecond-level system response and sophisticated control logic.
